Refund/Return Policy

※ Due to the quality of the product, or the wrong goods need to be returned or replaced, no need to pay any fees

※ Quality problems: colour difference, damage when you receive the goods;

※ Due to personal factors only return or exchange, need to pay the handling fee:

Below are the rates and policies for returns:

  • 4.9 USD for 2 pieces and less ($2.9 USD for Platinum VIP members and above);
  • 3-5 items for $7.90 ($4.90 for Platinum VIP members and above);
  • For 6 or more pieces, 10% of the order amount ($7.9 for less than $7.9);

◎Exchange process: Receive the parcel → Please make an exchange application to the customer service (within 15 days of the appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the exchange process → You send out the exchange goods → hekamall sends out the exchange parcel

◎Refund process: Receive the parcel → Please make an exchange application to the customer service (within 15 days of the appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the refund process → You send out the returned goods → Customer service handles the refund (credit card & paypal payments are returned in the original way)

※ If you send the product back for replacement without contacting customer service, hekamall will return the parcel without acceptance.

※ Please understand that you will be restricted from purchasing if you return an item for a refund in bad faith.
